Booking Process
When you click the "Book Now" button below, you will be directed to our booking flow area.
From there, you can select which services you would like to book, see your projected total, request an appointment, fill out your specific details, and pay the required 50% deposit to hold your slot.
After we accept and confirm your booking, you will receive a confirmation text or email.
The day of your scheduled appointment. Once we are on the way, we will send you a notification that we are on our way to the service location.

Expectations for the Appointment
Before We Arrive
Have the areas we’re cleaning cleared and accessible. Secure pets. Move small items and light furniture out of the way.
When We Arrive
We do a quick walkthrough, confirm the services you booked, and point out any problem areas. No upsell pressure — just facts.
During the Cleaning
We pre‑treat, agitate, and extract using professional equipment. Heavy soil or pet issues may require add‑on treatments.
Dry Time
Most carpets dry in 2–6 hours depending on airflow and humidity. Running fans speeds this up.
After the Cleaning
You can walk on the carpet with clean shoes or socks. If anything looks off as it dries, let us know and we’ll take care of it.
Cancellation, No-Show & Refund Policy
To protect our technicians’ time and daily route schedule, Southeast Carpet Cleaners requires a valid card on file and a 50% deposit for all bookings.
Same‑Day Cancellations (Within 24-Hours)
A $100 minimum charge will be applied to any appointment canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
No‑Shows & No Access
If our technician arrives and cannot begin work due to: No one home, Locked doors, No access to the property. A $100 minimum charge will be applied.
Unprepared or Unsafe Areas
If we arrive and cannot safely begin work due to: Clutter, Blocked access, Unsafe conditions. A $50 trip fee will be applied.
Pet Accidents & Heavy Soil
Pet urine, odor issues, or heavy soil discovered on arrival may require additional treatments and pricing adjustments.
Refunds
No Refunds for completed services.
